Gas Furnace with Heat Pump System

A maintenance plan for your purely heating, gas furnace system will cost about $120 per year per system, plus tax. This will include a single maintenance visit during our heating season here in the High Country. For homes with gas heat.

$200 per year, per system plus tax. For homes with gas heat and an air conditioner unit. This plan includes 2 visits per year. One for the AC and one for the Gas Furnace.

$300 per year per system, plus tax. For home with a heat pump coil installed on top of the gas furnace. Includes the two visits per year.

A mini split system is usually a heat pump system. $200/year per single zone system. $100 per year per additional indoor head, plus tax.

You don't have to be home for us to take care of your system. Many of our maintenance plan clients are owners of Beech Mountain and Banner Elk vacation homes or short-term rentals who live two or three hours away. We schedule both visits in advance, communicate clearly about what we find, and make sure you know the status of your system before every season.
If something needs attention, we'll let you know before it becomes an emergency. For property managers overseeing multiple homes, we offer multi-property plans with coordinated scheduling.
